The Solution

We mapped every manual HR workflow and identified 14 high-impact automation candidates. Using n8n as the orchestration layer, we built automated pipelines that connect their HRMS, Slack, email, and payroll system via REST APIs.

New hire onboarding now triggers automatically on contract signature — provisioning accounts, sending welcome sequences, assigning training modules, and notifying relevant managers without any human intervention.

Leave requests route through an approval workflow with automatic calendar blocking and payroll code updates. Payroll reconciliation runs overnight with exception-only human review.
